P.S: I also looked at the possibility of injecting the non-branded version of the dashboard into the already compiled Elisa Dashboard Installer but I didn't get far with that. Seems you need a specialized tool for that - if it's at all possible to do something like that. Also looked for a compatible verion of Huawei Dashboard Tool that would work with the E3276 but no luck. It's better to list the IMEI, firmware version and model variant of your Huawei E3276, I suppose somebody here would give help to you. The model variant is E3276-150 as far as I can tell.
